1. International Sales Manager
We are looking for a qualified Sales Manager at Daytraa to reach potential clients and support their business by providing intuitive guidance.
- In depth understanding of Rajasthan real estate market.
- Customer handling and organizing site visits for prospective customers.
- To identify and understand customer needs and offer them the best solution.
- Develop broker network for selling properties of the company.
- Tap corporate clients for generating bulk deals and NRI clients for international sales.
- Participation in company events and exhibitions (regional, national and international).
Experience:
4-10 years strong track record of sales. Excellent communication skills. Pleasing personality, good negotiation skills and soft skills to handle different clients.
Qualification:
Any graduate, MBA(Marketing) preferred.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as International Sales Manager or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, HR, Marketing, etc.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (ERP, CRM, etc.) and databases
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Masters in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field will be an advantage
- Certified Management Consultant is a plus
2. Assistant Manager - International Sales
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Assistant Manager – International Sales at Daytaa to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing sales plans and strategies to target international markets and achieve sales targets.
- Support the sales team in identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the sales team in managing key accounts, conducting regular business reviews, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Experience in customer support
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Market knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to build rapport
- Communication and negotiation skills
